The location of the apartment was marvellous and unbeatable for everything I could possibly need, assessable to the trams etc. Room was nice modern with great views, an awesome view, comfortable bed, and the staff were efficient! The host met me and explained everything.

the apartment was amazing with a particularly good view near the tram or train as well as shopping area. particularly good and beautiful room, and bed was exceptionally comfortable. during the stay everything was very convenient and i got ironing as a compliment.

Great location near bars, dining, and shops. Nice modern setting and clean rooms. Kitchen well-equipped for cooking. Helpful staff who assisted with late-night hot water. Close to city and public transportation. Perfect for solo travelers.

Airy and wonderful room, we enjoyed it. The bathroom was excellent and clean here. It had a lovely setting not far from Hardware Lane as well as tram.

New-fashioned rooms with 2 seater couch, balcony or access to outdoors, as example that you can use too. It has a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Location is marvellous and unbeatable - close enough to convenient store, trams, shopping and restaurants and the centre of CBD area, inside free tram zone, easily access to trams and trains. The host has created a family environment, that's a pleasure to be in.

The location of the serviced apartments is excellent, as it is right next to the free tram route and city circle trams, making it convenient to explore the city. it is centrally located, offering easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the room was comfortable and had an amazing view from the 37th floor, providing stunning sights day and night. the staff was warm and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the apartments could be improved, especially with carpet stains that need attention.

This is amazing place, I loved its staff and food, they were very good. Essendon Fields airport is 15 km away.

We had a great time staying at Platinum City! Phoenix was incredibly helpful, even carrying our heavy suitcases to the 10th floor when the lift was broken. The modern setting, clean rooms, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable. Lily assisted us in navigating the shower taps late at night, ensuring we had hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the view from the 37th floor was stunning. The tram stop right in front of the building was a convenient bonus.

Everything was clean, loved the host, had 1 great day here. Located in a shopping area, unbeatable and amazing for everything I could possibly need. Went to a main street and a theatre when it was warm outside. Spacious bedroom and very comfy beds. Having kitchen was fabulous.
